So, I guess you'd like to know a little bit about me. 
 
With over 35 years of experience as a conduit for the healing arts, I am a Usui Reiki Master, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Psych-K Facilitator (and those are just 3 of the many healing methods I put to use on your behalf). I am dedicated to helping you transform.

Yup, just transform.
 
My journey began 40 years ago when a dance teacher in New York told me that my energy was trapped between my waist and my thighs. What was I supposed to do with that? Looking for answers, took me from lessons in energetic awareness in New York to a Reiki Master in Florida to several teachers of Psych-K in California, who gave me the primary tools in what I like to call my Healing Tool Box.
 
In the end, searching for the solution to my own challenges led me to my calling and gave me the gift that allows me to help others.
 
I believe that you are perfect exactly as you are, you just might need a partner in seeing your authentic self.
