They say that people go to the same 6 places, day in and day out, but in the last two weeks, I've been to places I've never been and never imagined I would go! On the roller coaster of life, it's been a wild ride. Last week was Atlanta and my daughter's graduation replete with bowling, karaoke, life-size Jenga, and a chance conversation that surprised me with what wasn't healed, and was the opportunity for some self healing. Today I'm writing you from the cafeteria in the UCLA Health Hospital, waiting for My Beloved's surgery to finish. Talk about a wild ride. At times like this, being a bit of a Control Freak and a lot of a Deep Feeler isn't a whole lot of fun. I'm not sure how I'd be doing without the tools I have and use daily. Take a peak:
Breathe baby, breathe! Yoga, stretching, and just plain 3 deep breaths, which triggers the vagus nerve that creates an automatic relaxation response in the body.
Hook up, Ground and Protect. Great for being an empath (and all of you are empaths). Here is the link, just in case you forgot it.....
Meditation. 20 minutes focusing on the space between breathes (at the top of the breath or at the bottom) is so restorative. If you don't do sitting meditation, walking meditation works as well - focusing on the inhale and exhale and the rhythm of your steps. Video training to follow.
Reiki - when I'm not typing this missive I'm balancing myself creating high vibrational flow, with the side effect of wiping out any chance of catching something/anything unwanted here at the hospital.
I feel like I should have 5 things, but I think these 4 cover it.....let me know if you think of anything else...and PS: USE YOUR TOOLS. What good are they if you don't use 'em?!
I'm focusing (and focused) on health, on balance and on the perfect outcome. For the highest and best good for all involved. It's a good place to be.
Sooooooo, what are you thinking? What are you sending out into the Universe? Pay attention, please. This new Gemini Super Moon is a doosy.....
