It's amazing to me that in a couple of days it'll be November! How has this idea of Blissipline changed the way you think/act? Have you been able to put it into practice?
I'd like to challenge you for the month of November to "prune" some of the old, less useful patterns in your brain and "sprout" new, healthier patters of thought and behavior. How the heck does that look in the day-to-day?
QUIT thinking the same old thoughts and doing the same old things.
START doing healthier things and having healthier thoughts.
Simple, yes. Easy, no. Necessary for this adventure we're on? Hell yes. What no longer serves you? Seriously. Take a breath. Go inside. ( no beating yourself up allowed. We're just excavating) Fantastic.
When we pull that junk out of our mental house and shine some light on it we get to decide whether it stays or goes---we begin living life "on purpose" again.
